Booking : When booking your Package, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. Or you can pay full amount online .Please note that full amount will be taken upon booking in person , Once it is a discounted or a package promotion . Which each month based on our specials. The deposit will be applied to your account. The deposit is Non-Refundable . If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance we will charge you the amount of the deposit. If you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice a re-booking fee will be applied. If you reschedule or cancel the appointment with more than 48h notice the deposit will remain on your account and may be used for future appointments. If you’re called twice and there is no answer automatically your appointment is cancelled. We work with all clients time and schedule to accommodate their time and our spots availability.. It should be respected in order for us to accommodate all other appointments.. If we reschedule you it is based on our Availability .. If our technician is of we need to reschedule another time in the same day .. we normally do not come in on a off day for 1 client.. if we do it is only for post - op clients.. As we understand our clients schedule… change of time is beyond our control.. We work strictly by appointments no walk-ins Atleast 48hours in advance booking. Cancellations If you need to cancel an appointment please call us (514-)812-8695 as soon as possible. This gives us the most time to re-book other clients. Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your appointments with insufficient notice we will ask for a deposit when booking and you may be charged a re-booking fee. The deposit will be applied to your account. Should you not show for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. We fully understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. We ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible so we may make a note of it.   If you need to cancel your Spa Package appointment, please call us (514-)812-8695 at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not notify us 48 hours in advance we will charge the amount of your deposit.  This gives us limited time to re-book other clients. Thank You for your understanding.
